Tasklod is a collaborative task and work management service. This policy explains what personal data we handle, why we handle it, and the choices available to you.

Scope and controller

This policy applies to the Tasklod website, application, and related services available through tasklod.com.br. Tasklod is responsible for the personal data described here. Workspace owners may also control the work content their teams place in Tasklod.

Information we collect

Account data. We process your email address, display name, profile image, authentication credentials, and notification preferences.

Workspace data. We process the tasks, descriptions, comments, attachments, time entries, permissions, and other content you or your collaborators add to Tasklod.

Service and device data. We process request logs, browser and device information, approximate location derived from network information, and diagnostic events needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.

Google account data

What Google Sign-In shares with Tasklod

If you choose Google Sign-In, Google provides your unique Google account identifier, email address, email verification status, name, and profile image. Tasklod requests only the standard openid, email, and profile scopes.

We use this information only to authenticate you, link Google to an existing Tasklod account after password confirmation, prevent unauthorized access, and keep basic account details current. We do not access Gmail, Google Drive, contacts, calendars, or your Google password.

We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or allow people to read it except when required for security, support, legal compliance, or service operation. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

How and why we use data

We use personal data to provide accounts and workspaces, synchronize collaboration, deliver requested notifications, process files, answer support requests, detect abuse, keep the service reliable, and comply with law.

Where the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD) applies, our legal bases include performing our contract with you, legitimate interests in operating and securing Tasklod, compliance with legal obligations, and consent when the law requires it. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Sharing and service providers

We share data only as needed with infrastructure, database, file storage, email, push notification, security, analytics, and customer support providers acting on our instructions. If you invoke an AI-assisted feature, the relevant prompt and task context may be sent to the configured AI provider to produce the requested result. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect people or the service, or as part of a corporate transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

Some providers process data in other countries. When data is transferred internationally, we use contractual and technical safeguards appropriate to the transfer and applicable law.

Retention and security

We retain account and workspace data while your account is active and for the period reasonably needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, maintain security, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary by data type and context. We use access controls, encryption in transit, restricted credentials, monitoring, and other organizational and technical measures designed to protect your information. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may ask us to confirm processing, provide access, correct inaccurate data, anonymize, block or delete unnecessary data, provide portability information, explain sharing, review certain automated decisions, or oppose and restrict processing. You can also ask us to unlink Google Sign-In. Some information may be retained where the law permits or requires it.

Tasklod is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children without legally valid authorization.
