Terms of Service
These terms govern your access to Tasklod. By using the service, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.
1. The service
Tasklod provides collaborative tools for organizing tasks, project context, permissions, files, notifications, time records, and related work. Features may evolve as we improve the service.
2. Accounts and access
You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account and for ensuring that people you authorize follow these terms. Google Sign-In may be linked only to an existing Tasklod account after ownership is confirmed.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use Tasklod to violate law or third-party rights, distribute malware, gain unauthorized access, interfere with the service, evade usage or security controls, scrape the service at unreasonable scale, or transmit content that is unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive.
4. Your content and permissions
You retain your rights in content you submit. You grant Tasklod a limited license to host, process, reproduce, and transmit that content only as needed to provide, protect, and improve the service. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit the content and choose who may access it. Workspace permissions are controlled by authorized users, and sharing may make content visible to collaborators.
5. AI-assisted features
When you choose an AI-assisted feature, Tasklod may send the relevant instructions and task context to a configured model provider. Generated output can be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing it before relying on or sharing it, especially for legal, financial, medical, safety, or other high-impact decisions.
6. Availability and third parties
We work to keep Tasklod reliable but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, security events, provider outages, and changes may affect availability. Third-party services, including Google, are governed by their own terms and may change or discontinue functionality independently.
7. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Tasklod at any time. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service or its users, investigate suspected violations, comply with law, or address material breach of these terms. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
8. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Tasklod is provided as available, without warranties that go beyond rights that cannot legally be excluded. Tasklod is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities, except where such a limitation is prohibited by law. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
9. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms to reflect service, legal, or security changes. We will give appropriate notice of material changes. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without excluding protections that apply mandatorily in your place of residence.
